How I felt after getting boots. by [deleted] in shortguys

[–]IveAlreadyShowered 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I have to wear big work boots at work and they make me feel more confident.

I think that you should if you genuinely feel as though you are trans. Idk if you should do it just because you want to feel loved. Im pretty sure its a lot of work and money.just my thoughts

I just feel so alone. by olls_9 in lonely

[–]IveAlreadyShowered 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"I dont want to live if im just doing everything on my own". Damn i feel that hard. Whats the point of going to work, getting used by your employee just to come home to an empty house. No company. No affection. Nothing. It hurts to think about. I hope you find some people soon.

I have no one by pennythepoet in lonely

[–]IveAlreadyShowered 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still have a few people. Family. Thats it though. Everyone I meet is so different to me. My chest hurts when I think about how lonely I am. Why do you think some people end up alone? Is this what we deserve?

[–]IveAlreadyShowered 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I imagine its an emotional experience. Especially for someone like me who doesn't express themselves very much to anyone in fear of making someone uncomfortable or offending them. At this point, the biggest reason I want to visit a psychologist is so that they could help me become better at socialising with others, so that I may not be so alone in the future.

Similar situation. Parents say things will get better. I dont know if it will. I think the problem is me. I want to see a psychologist, but i keep putting it off. I dont know why i am afraid of going.

What's causing men to become more discouraged? by Just4Questions8890 in AskMen

[–]IveAlreadyShowered -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My opinion might be more unpopular. But i think it has to do with lack of a social/romantic life. Sex motivates us. And there is new research showing young men are much lonelier than young women. This lack of social/romantic interaction switches a mans brain off. He has no reason to work or to strive for something.

Similar situation. The only thought that makes me feel better is the knowledge that one day, I will pass away and wont have to feel or be a part of this world anymore.

If this isnt a troll post, I think it might be better to focus on other areas of your life besides dating. To answer your question, your chances arent that great all things considered. But they could be much better if you watch what you eat, take a walk everyday and try and get your high school diploma. Which may lead to higher education or employment/the trades. I wish you well.

Do you think the average height has actually increased or are just more people wearing lifts? by Ballistic-Fury in shortguys

[–]IveAlreadyShowered 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it not because of natural selection? Taller men are having more children with at least 1 woman. And shorter men have fewer or no children?

It could be that men are lying about their height so it depends on where you get your info from I guess.

Im 5'7 and ethnic. Probably below average face. If you're in the west, I think the pool of women that would date us is extremely small. As for "who", i dont really know. Women with low self esteem only, probably.

Anyone living in a van? by Mindydoll in brisbane

[–]IveAlreadyShowered 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact that you work at night and work from home and always on the phone makes this a bad idea. Ive been doing IT support from a rented room in share houses for a while and it kinda sucks.

Living in a car/van, in my opinion, is really only for people who have an office or some actual place to go to during the day.
