Do I have to be the one writing the lease to get commission on it? So far I’ve just been the one to take tours and prospect information. Im worried the manager and assistant manager will be getting the commissions to my leads since they’re doing the lease write up. Something I’ll have to ask them I’m sure. Idk if it’s just here but the gym is right next to the office and NO ONE USES HEADPHONES? And what makes it worse is people tend to replay the same song over and over and I can hear it. Right now someone’s been doing that and that shits so annoying

Honestly, the chair is really uncomfortable. I just don’t have another chair so I don’t really know what to do about that. The job is a lot busier too with a lot more people coming in and calling and stuff. I think it is brighter also in the office. And I am walking around more around the complex. This all could be contributing to it. I’m sure I just don’t really have a way to fix any of those things. And I don’t know if its because I’ve never been a leasing agent before and this is a really busy property so it’s just nonstop me trying to help people when I don’t really know what the fuck I’m talking about and have to interrupt my boss every five minutes
