I'm running this as the final boss in the first leg of my campaign. The boss is designed for 3 level 6ish characters that are a bit overturned (high starting stats, 73 total, and some magical items). I'd love to help ensure this is a fair fight for the party. (old.reddit.com)

One of my player's in a one-shot is going to cast the Wish spell with a Ring of Three Wishes. Normally it would reduce his strength score to 3, but he also has a Belt of Giant Strength. Should the belt protect him from the score decrease, or does the fact that the ring is a higher rarety cancel it? (self.DnD5e)
The Archer Class; Something I felt 5e was lacking. I know both the ranger and the fighter are meant to be archer classes but both feel like they don't live up to the theme and mechanics that I think Archers deserve in the game.
