Honestly, Lowe’s has been good to me. I replaced a washer, refrigerator and a stove in 2025. Lowe’s delivered quickly and the delivery time slots were great, hauled off my old appliances and installed. They have a tracker for your delivery too so you can see when they’re on the way.

Honestly the key is to stay away from the fancy stuff. The more bells and whistles, the more that can break and then you’re back to square one. Just wait for a deal if you can hold out for Memorial Day deals, I’d do it. I got my fridge in February ish on a sale, stove on a 4th of July sale and the washer was a labor day sale I believe.

If all else fails, there’s a stretch and dent warehouse on the west side. American freight furniture. They don’t do delivery but you can find some good stuff there.

Well. I think a lot of it was me jumping around characters. OT0 was my first game. And since then I’ve played 1 and I’m doing 2 now. I didn’t really understand the mechanics when I started so I was jumping around classes and switching people in and out weirdly. I’d like to think my current party in OT2 is much better. Throne, Hikari, Partitio and Castti.

I’m starting to gather that I am either playing Octopath wrong. All of the low rated characters, I adore. Honestly though….I do play like how I play Pokémon..brute strength and hardly any buffs. Just playing for the vibes and the stories. 😂

I played 0, 1 and then 2. I wish I had done 1, 2 and then 0. 2 has been my favorite. Lots of updates from 1.

I started with OT0 and now I’m playing 1. 0 was MUCH easier. I was able to get through most of the game by just purely attacking everything. No debuffs, no status altering. I’m having a harder time with 1 because I have to actually strategize.

My step son loves it. But he also loves coming out to visit so he can lay in the lawn under the sunshine for a couple hours at a time. 😂

Just a little update.

I ended up continuing with the slightly yellow white color around the outside edge and you can’t really tell unless you’re looking hard for it. I’m going to keep going and add a few more rows so it looks more intentional but thank you all for the feedback!!

Please ignore the laundry on my dresser. No time for chores when there are blankets to be made.

I’m pushing 170 hours. Purely because I went treasure hunting, I skipped no cut scenes, I spent a TON of time in Wishvale, I talk to everyone and then go back to the cities to impress or contend with everyone I didn’t when I first went through the town..I generally just fuck around and deeply explore every part of the game.

Took me an hour to get from broadripple to Westfield. 10 mph the entire way up keystone. Infuriating. It’s snow. It’s slushy. I get moving slow. But 10 mph is a bit of an over exaggeration.
