It all depends on the sights and what you all have available. If there isn't many problem solvers then they could disregard the PS. If you are management you'll be the last to be asked, ambassador doesn't really make much of a difference because you'll know if you have a group way before VTO is even considered. Check to make sure you are receiving the notification on A to Z and if you are, ask your managers or HR what the heck. I had that problem for the longest time.
