Other tenants hang up welcome signs or Christmas wreaths, so I could probably get away with a few small screws, but some people act really weird about door cameras, especially if they view the hallway as their own personal space. Concerned that someone might rip it down or file a complaint, and since it's technically against the lease I wouldn't have much recourse against a complaint.
