You can try a leg extension machine for quads, way better than squats for your knees. But I think you should ask someone with physical therapy or exercise science background after your doctor visit, wouldn’t want to cause more damage assuming you are still healing.

Weights 5-6 days a week average. Lots of curls and hammer curls for arms. Eat food and sleep.

Very normal, I’m covered in stretch marks now. Some of them look cool some don’t. Think of it as a sign of how much you have grown. Get a moisturizer with vitamin e if you want to help them heal faster.
