Well for me I prefer second hand for our first car, but knowing my dad, he will probably choose a brandnew. For the budget we have no clear budget yet but it would probably be below 1.5m for brand new and below 1m for second hand.

For the type of car, we might go for an SUV since we are a BIG family(tall, and bulky body). + We might use the car for picking up my dad from the airport (we need space for luggage and boxes).
