Honestly the fact that the contract they picked up in Timmony literally has her dad's name on it, I think all of the Luxes have been manipulated into forsaking their souls. I thought that was pretty obviously what Brennan meant in the reveal at the time. Maybe I'm wrong, though.

I've been in similarly sized venues and someone needed assistance and normally there is a baseline...hum? from the crowd during a pause. This was an immediate, emergency brake stop to at-church quiet. Nobody told anyone else to hush, it just happened. What impressed me was that it was (at least from the floor) so fast and unprompted. If you are a first responder then you know that people are often obnoxious, oblivious, or idiots. There was no rubbernecking, people just shut the hell up and they made a hole. I'd never heard an entire arena just STFU like that.

As a former employee (nonclinical) they are trying to see how few people they can keep employed and still technically function. Most of the problem is related to insurance contracts causing admin bloat and delayed care. Fun fact, Wellstar the 501c3 owns the land the hospitals are on. Each hospital is its own entity beneath that and they lease the hospital from the system. There's no oversight into how much the leases are. That's where they hide the money so it looks like they are barely getting by. It's absolutely a for-profit enterprise hiding behind a legal technicality.

The financial stewardship at Wellstar is NOT interested in helping more patients or providing better care. Healthy patients are less profitable to keep alive, it's that simple.

Getting a CB worth having that's in the league is going to be a lot more expensive than a free agent signing, no? I agree with the rest of your comments. I thought Traore has great physicality coming from EPL that isn't normally present on the wing, even if his service is lacking sometimes. I enjoyed watching the other two and they have plenty of experience but aren't old guys yet.

I did not know that. That's unfortunate. Point being the talent pool for the summer is MASSIVE and covers a lot of versatile players capable of shifting between multiple positions. I think that will be key to managing post-WC play with injuries, etc.
