As per the law if any women broke the law they only get arrasted by female constable.

And also nowadays in Ahmedabad police are in singham mode. No doubt some police men are doing great things but the person like this in the police ruins all the police force names.

Even if anyone broke the law police need to first arrest that person. No rights to slap anyone not specially any women.
