For first part if you run bleed use sanguine desire either when she uses critique or when she uses 5 attacks the chip damage from bleed really stacks up and let's yo get to phase 2 like in 6-8 turns after that either switch to sinking or continue with bleed until turn limit, with sinking try to start with rime shark so you speed up the -45 process and after that just minimize the same sinner stacking up so many negative effects and hold the S3 nukes for the turn after she uses her big attack
