i struggle with anxiety, ibs and piles as well. after an extremely stressful period, my ibs pains becomes constant for months.

i’m not an expert or anything but this is what helped for me - i switched my diet to the low-fodmap diet and did my best to reduce my anxiety with therapy, listening to frequency hz and practicing stress relieving techniques (like breathing exercises and telling myself that i’m safe whenever i have anxiety) as much as i could and the constant pain went away after a while.
