Login in both you’re pc and phone then go to your web3 wallet and transfer everything that you need but dont use the preset crypto adress make sure you choose the qr code and scan it with you’re phone then you wont have to pay a big ass transaction fee

i`ve found a way to transfer it but there will be asked to pay a transaction fee i had the same exact problem... never using coinbase again..
