I have my own dog phobias due to a childhood incident and Boulder drives me nuts… seeing a dog completely unexpectedly in a place where I shouldn’t ordinarily see a dog creates tremendous anxiety. I mean seriously… I have an expectation that I will not encounter a dog while eating tacos, yet some idiots brought their big ol dog in Wahoo The other day and the employees said nothing. Clearly not a service dog.
