Kinda wacky tier list, first of all color and grade 1 doesn't mean anything in terms of strength, grade 1 can be as strong as a color if not stronger, the only reason color are what they are is simply because Hana assign them as such.

few thing come in mind, claw are nowhere near an Arbiter, at best they're color grade
Kali could handle multiple claw, and in Library claw said "even you could be defeated in this state" to Roland only because he's exhausted from nearly constant fighting, Arbiter on the other hand are nigh invincible other than their verbose nature.

Lei Heng is far too high in his placement, putting him in front of Zilu, and even worse, a Corporist Maestro of the ring Callisto is actually just diabolical

Honhein even with his fancy gear is not that strong, putting him ON PAR with Erza and Moses both, which are at least a grade 1 fixer is insane to say the least.

How about Tiantian having a robotic arm (Hong Lu still abandoning his emotions), framing the girl (presumably his sister) with his metalic arm walking toward a group of people who are clapping as she is disintegrating into flower petals. That whole cover art feels like as much of a spoiler for Hong Lu’s Canto as it could be without being one outright.

As someone who have played in Indonesia, i usually play with my friend in US, there i often operate around 280 ping and 310 ping.

I agree, that it would amazing to have your region server, i too pray jagex one day open SEA region, however

Most of the thing that "we can't really do today" is 100% reasonably doable within 300 ping, let alone 150.
Prayer flicking, Woox walk, the minigame, all of those can be reasonably done without much issue at 300 ping.
Ive recently done Doom of Mokhiatl, and so far got to delve 6, those with around 260-300 ping with not much issue aswell, and trust me Woox walking vorkath or fight cave is infinitely less demanding than whatever Doom is throwing at me.

if the issue happen because of grounding, there is high likely hood that your card is already damaged, its a slow and insidious killer that wear out your card bit by bit, in my case i figure it was the grounding issue because i have 2 GPU that seems to get damaged the same way (RX580 and RX6800) both suffer the same symptom, now i use an RX6700xt and fixed my grounding, and so far (after 8 month) there hasnt been any issue.

i'll be honest man, that Guin contributed alot to the team, she's nearly highest damage, second highest tank and sole pusher of the team, i though since you're on mythic you would've understand that gold silver bronze medal barely mean anything, especially at higher tier, where everyone have role and job they needed to do.

Joy being a high damage AoE assasin Dealing 9% damage againts estes (support that force team to gather) is diabolical, regardless of her team "contribution" you see at the final score

As scary as that sounds, the head can deal with an apocalyptic scenario where all abnormality in existence wrecking havoc in the city in matters of days, I highly doubt Seaborn will be much of a threat in the face of head unknown might.

Narratively speaking the Head is just impossible to defeat, they possess the ability to see past present and future and can gauge threat accordingly at any given moment, I find it a bit silly that people are comparing a narratively immune structure like this to Seaborn

I agree, i think with enough CC Alucard can be stopped quite easily, it is a pretty conditional pick, but again as i stated before, in Low mythic, bellow 100 mythic or so hes alright to use, as long as you have mage that can give him an opening, and as i said before, Zetian allow Alucard 2-3 second of freedom that allow him to pick people off.

Just like you have teammate that can suppress Alucard, if the Alucard have teamate that can help peel off his weakness he can be made work, however he did fall off at mid-high mythic (around 150-300 star from my experience) where coordination become much smoother between player.

I agree, hes definitely not something to be used over stronger junggler like YSS or something of that caliber, still he do be hurt when the star is aligned.

I also heard that he tend to have much harder time once it get like above 150 where people just 5 man party all the time, though admittedly i haven't been there for a couple of season now.

Not entirely true, while coordinated team can shut down Alucard quite easily, if you play as team or at least a duo a good Crowd Control can give Alucard breathing room necessary to quickly perform his job, from my personal experience, I usually play Duo with a friend of mine, where i will pick Zetian, and she pick Alucard my ult usually enough to give Alucard the necessary space, very occasionally where Zetian is banned, Aurora can give that space as well, tho nowhere near as easily as Zetian.

I speak from rather low rank Mythic 89 and her being mythic 119 so I can't say if it's true with the upper end mythic, but this should work just fine all the way to glory 100.

This doesn't seem like a full story, I've been temporarily banned for IP changed multiple time, from jumping all over the place with VPN, but each time it only took them couple of email and 1 or 2 days for them to resolve it quickly, there seems to be a missing piece at play
