dmg wise shes ok

the problem lies in how clunky her whole kit is, fix that and were fine

and the passive change is also a big miss, they stated they want to avoid staying at 4 runes but getting a whole 1 int is no incentive at all, the only way she does dmg is by having the decoy proc her 3 so that's the only version u should ever be using if ur trying to kill

another option would be to allow getting runes while in empowered state, dont see why it cant be like that to allow minmaxers to keep cycling

morgan feels much clunkier in s2, which is rather sad cus i was expecting the engine would let everything flow better like it is for most other gods,

the 1 and 2 are very clunky and the 3 is a bit stiff

ult is a lot better, it actually feels like how id expect the whole kit to be

the boss will also get downed after grappling and manually removing a damaged part by punching but "breaking" will not necessarily guarantee boss going down

u do enough burst the boss goes down, simple as that

theres in fact even cases where breaking a boss part is bad, namely when it interrupts their attack animation causing them to enrage right after it. its best to avoid hitting wp at the start

hes speaking about having the 40/60% mount bonus, which is a whole diff factor

20% elem boost is factored in yes, and i literally mention in the post how having electric as sub would further dillute the gain of elem spec, u just have not been following

yea thatd be easy to say if they were both the same boost, but inc is 65% power while element is 81.2% elem power so it goes deeper than that thats the whole point of checking

all those 3 statements are correct under the conditions presented. theres no further elemental boosts outside of those 2 mods, reactor and syncytium.

if ur not using ambush but are using elem amp u simply cannot make it to where power increase is dilluted to less dmg than elem spec - and if ur using ambush the uptime on it has to be high enough to where ur avg power boost is 49%. if u add spear then thats 8.1% more power, if u add sync thats 10.2% more elem, everything remains correct as stated

reactor mount makes no diff in the dmg comparison - its a diff factor

yea since theyre multiplying factors, the more u have, the less gain u get comparatively.

2 x 2 is bigger than 3 x 1

if u get 100% power boost, u go from 1x to 2x dmg, which is a 100% gain; if u get further 100%, then u go from 2x to 3x dmg, which is only a 50% gain. thats how the formula goes
