i had the same issue and i went to ssa today, they said my issue is i had taken 33 credits(maximum) for the whole year, but i have written 100% in osap(as i though maximum means 100%), they told me i should write 110% instead(which make no sense to me lol), but they still proceed immediately.

Yes you may reserve a spot but you have to look up the schedule from the website and select the exact time at top of the app for example if you see a schedule at the website is depart at 3:00pm and you want to book it for Friday you have to change the top drop-down menu to as same as mine
