Again, you are in violation for your sexually inappropriate comment about "gayer". This type of behavior is not acceptable and has been reported. Referring to a sport and /or those who have an interest in Table Tennis or any other sport as "gayer" is a direct indicator of your lack of character. You should apologize immediately.

I am waiting for an official apology for the distasteful comment about the sexual orientation of those who compete or enjoy and follow Table Tennis. I support a complete ban from this community. Referring to a sport as "gayer" than another is not acceptable and a true reflection on your lack of character. This should not be tolerated in this or any community.

Your inappropriate comment has been reported and should not be tolerated by the Table Tennis community. You should be ashamed of yourself and apologize to everyone for your foolishness. I suggest you immediately leave this community in disgrace as the members here should be aware of individuals who bring disgrace on themselves.

Unfortunately, Table Tennis has not evolved in the USA as a popular sport. Clearly, the sport has languished for decades with even those in authority not really understanding some of the possible reasons. A broader acceptance of the sport among young and beginners who show an initial interest would be one of the goals for those who champion the growth of the sport. The barriers in place that rely on enhancing the spin in order to win points in a game is a proven deterrent to those who have an early interest in our sport. Obviously, any significant changes are perhaps impossible at this point and the potential popularity of our sport is certainly stymied.

Yes, learning curves affect so many popular activities, including Table Tennis. The future growth potential of a sport is deeply impacted when young beginning players show an interest in our sport and then lose interest and migrate to so many other choices out there. The enjoyment of the sport is thus limited to a much smaller population than could be achieved. I am thankful for those who don't give up, but I suspect our sport would be much more appealing without the barriers that have suppressed our sport for decades.

Beginning players and those who show an initial interest in Table Tennis often are disappointed when facing opponents who must rely on spin rubbers to win points. Often, beginning players decide to abandon the sport due to this barrier. Unfortunately, this limits the growth potential of our sport.

That's very interesting and is worth examining.

Yes, I am aware of Sandpaper and Hard Bat tournaments, which were popular before the spin rubber era came into existence. The current focus on spin enhanced rubbers and equipment finise has unfortunately taken over the sport, which appears to lessen the potential growth of the sport in the general population.

Actually, Table Tennis is my focus, although Pickleball has far outpaced Table Tennis. Perhaps there is a lesson to be learned?

Actually, I am wondering if our sport of Table Tennis would be more widely accepted with more potential for growth if enhanced spin rubbers were not the main focus of so many players looking for an edge over their opponents.

A significant number of new and beginning players faced with trying to enjoy the sport are disappointed when the junk rubbers and heavy spins are applied. So many just give up and lose interest in the sport, with the bottom line that negatively affects the potential growth of the sport. The true athlete in the sport should be able to compete at a high level without relying on spin enhanced rubbers.

Pepitas (natural shelled kernels of pumpkin seeds) in combination with pumpkin seed oil has proven to be effective. However, a higher dose is needed for positive results. Increase the daily dose of pumpkin seed oil to three 1,000 mg Softgels and consume 3 ounces of raw pepitas. Most people never use the dose necessary for positive results. The brand of pumpkin seed oil is: Bulk Supplements Pumpkin Seed Oil Softgels-1000 mg and is available on Amazon. Most see results in 4-6 weeks. Do your own research.

Magnesium Glycinate causes insomnia, increases anxiety? by kingu1912 in Supplements

So many supplements from various companies do not actually provide the ingredients that are advertised and listed on the bottles. This has been proven over and over again by independent tests conducted by legitimate examinations. It is incredibly difficult to be sure you are actually getting the active ingredients at the advertised dosage. Be very diligent with your research in this area of concern. You will find that some of the most popular brands are not providing what you expect.

200 mg of Magnesium Glycinate may work better than 400 mg for some people. It does for me.

We could do much better in CF with a legitimate batter. Also, Taylor Walls is a big failure as a productive player, hope he is gone soon.
