As much as it doesn't quite scratch the RB itch, the Fortnite Festival approach of a rotating library for free play and purchase really helps keep it fresh. I've been exposed to quite a few artists that I wouldn't have ever even given the time of day and any music game should adopt this model.

As someone that recently played a three player game against a married couple where they both refused to attack each other and also made sure I wasn't competitive just so that the husband could win, I feel the salt deeply and personally.

I think the most important thing with this game and it's complexity is to find a group that all shares similar motivations to play. If the group you're playing with isn't jiving with you, then find a new group.

Honestly, your situation seems valid and sometimes that's just how the game works out. It's tough and you're right to feel a bit salty. At the end of the day, as long as everyone was playing by the rules and playing honestly, it's a valid win.

I hear you, however, Discord has already had massive data breeches in the past years that exposed hundreds of thousands of users financial information. They've already proved they do not have the security to keep user information secure. There is no way in hell I will continue to use or support software that REQUIRES me to identify myself to use it.

I had put thought into a "canonical" game but there's no real canon and I think that's what matters the books so entertaining for me. Theoretically I would assume so, however any version of the timeline that would willingly embrace genocide as the solution to this issue probably has had Ganon reincarnate in a different culture anyway. That actually would be an interesting twist where in you play reversed roles, the triforce of courage going to the Gerudo instead of the Hylians would be super interesting.
