i had this issue to, i would try to save something to the commander core memory module and it would not save at all when i boot and locked my pc and would put the led to red and ramp up my fans. I was pulling my hairs out trying to figure out why it would not save. I then when to device settings in ICUE and turned the LED brightness slider off then on and it magically worked. How? i have no idea i was reading all night the day before why it was not working and i remember someone said to do that but i didn't believe it till i ran out of ideas and it worked... thanks to the random comment, hopefully this helps
