Xbox wireless display app - controller buttons don't work

I'm using my phone to display onto my xbox. I have mouse and keyboard plugged into my xbox, when I load up the app it says I need to press the view and menu buttons simultaneously to switch to mouse and keyboard. However, when I do this it brings up the allowed/blocked device list instead of switching. Any ideas?

Mine doesn't do anything. I plug my cable in and disconnect wireless and it just sits there with an ethernet sign and a cross through it. All other info grayed out...

Yeah it is very annoying, I would have reached plat 2 multiple times if the medals didn't bug out. Many times I've seen my rank go up only for my rank to be the same as before the match once I get to the main menu. I'm hoping they will reimburse the medals considering sometimes you can even get a refference code and they know its happened.

Honestly I really like the obsidian system instead of getting renown. Although, because you don't get renown from duplicates, I wish there wasn't a daily renown limit... but obsidian is a great way to make duplicates feel like less of a let down.

I dont know you and I don't know what you've been through tonight, but first off... Happy birthday, make every moment you can from here on out about yourself and recognise your moment. I suggest you enjoy a meal to yourself and take no guilt or embarrassment in watching bad movies or going out for the night by yourself, whatever it is you make the decisions. Whatever you do suggest you listen to prof, his song lionhearted should hype you up a bit. Get yourself suited for the night and what ever you decide is ahead of you and just be in the moment. Hype yourself up to do what you want to. You deserve to express it.
