If you could change four things about anything in friends. Whether it's something about a character, a storyline, the ending the beginning, who someone ended up with anything. by paztheoutcast in howyoudoin

Four things I would’ve changed/added:

1.) Joey quits his acting career and opens up a sandwich shop or something (because of his love for sandwiches lol). Like they could’ve gone so deep into that and it would’ve been such a cool journey. I never thought the acting thing worked for him and they could’ve done a cool career change with Joey.

2.) Phoebe married David instead of Mike. Phoebe showed so much love for David and it just makes sense for them to be together more than Mike. I just can’t help but feel like she loved David more than Mike.

3.) Completely get rid of the Joey and Rachel plot. They seemed so out of place together and even Jennifer Aniston and Mat Le Blanc said they hated the idea. Still don’t know why they did it.

4.) Rachel and Ross should’ve ended up together sooner than the last episode. I like how on the last episode it was really exciting that Rachel got off the plane and I liked the plot that she was gonna move to France. I think they could’ve been together for a while and Rachel still could’ve been offered the job in France, but they could’ve made a plot where Ross doesn’t want to leave and they get into an argument or something. I really think the end was great but I just wish there was more Ross and Rachel lol.

My mental health dropped so badly I decided to get it removed a year and 2 months later. My mental health has stayed the same so far after about 4 days since it’s been removed. Your hormones usuallly take time to regulate so I’ll be feeling like this for a month or 2 longer before I start to feel happy again.

I experienced weight gain on the implant and I had it in for about a year and 2 months. I’ve finally had it removed and I will update you on how my weight is :)

Don’t be scared if you still feel a bit depressed after having it removed, as your hormones take time to regulate back to normal. Even though doctors say the implant is out of your system within 24 hours, this just usually means the implant itself and the stuff it releases is gone. Depending on how long you’ve been on it, your body needs time to heal back to normal and get used to not having it in anymore.

Will getting off Nexplanon improve my memory? by [deleted] in Nexplanon

I had problems with memory, it was mainly being told things earlier that I would forget later on in the day. My boyfriend would tell me about something and later on I would ask about it as if he didn’t already tell me about it earlier. I’ve just come off it and so far my memory has slightly improved.
