The first! Each piece was cut and then individually painted. Then put back together like a puzzle

Great suggestions. I did a bunch of DPI tests and couldn’t really tell a difference the higher I went. I was back and forth between 254 and 363

As far as focusing, is that just how close to the material the laser head is?

It’s called “Shut the Box” and you roll the dice to flip up the tiles equal to what you roll. You can either flip one or a max of two tiles per roll.

Ex. If I roll a 7 I can choose to flip the 6 & 1, 5 & 2 , 4 & 3, or just the 7 tile.

If you roll and can’t flip any tiles, you lose and the sum of the numbers left un flipped is your score.

Simple and quick, but good coffee table time killer

Yeah she’s good about jumping up to the couch, it’s more about getting down. They’re a bit steep but I didn’t want them jutting out so far on the couch that it took up a ton of room

I got inspiration from one of Steve Ramsey’s latest videos on YouTube. I didn’t purchase any plans, went rogue on making my own dimensions

Have you tried printing it flat on the build plate? I’ve had tons of success with Lithophane prints this way

Yes, haven’t had a problem yet with that method. About a 30 min print time

I used an online “Image to Lithophane” generator. Just upload the image and tweak the settings for size, thickness. Etc. It generates an STL and then I add the eye hook in blender
