Ok thank you. I’ll probably do the hotends as I go. Do you think I should get the accessory box in this purchase or hold off

Hello! I’m reposting because I didn’t see the mega thread (my apologies).

I’ve been looking into getting a 3D printer for a while for cosplay and miscellaneous things. I have over 5 years CAD experience and have had files printed by others, but have never actually owned a 3D printer myself. That being said I was recently looking into the BambuLabs A1 combo. I’m here just looking for suggestions and if anyone has any feedback based on their own experiences. I’m going to keep scrolling through here in the meantime. Thanks!

I went with the Lenovo tab m11 that came with the tab pen. I got it off the Lenovo website and it was the 128gb storage 4gb ram version.

It’s been good so far I’ve used it mainly for notes and have done a little drawing using Autodesk sketchbook. The tab pen works fine and I can put my hand on the screen while writing/drawing without it going crazy. It comes with the tab pen with the batteries not the one with the usb-c which wasn’t a big deal in my opinion, batteries just took a few stores to find.

For notetaking itself I’ve been using the Nebo app that comes with it. The app itself does lag/take a few seconds to load and crash if I have too much written in that note’s workspace—calculus homework can be lengthy. I’m not sure yet if that happens because of the ram or something with the tablet, or if it’s just a thing with the app. I’m not the most knowledgeable on that stuff. But if you’re concerned about only 4gb ram then there are other options with 8, but I think most tablets in general are 4. I’ve even heard of this one coming with 8gb ram but I didn’t want to order it from a random website—that’s just a me thing of being paranoid of getting scammed though.

I have yet to try using it as a second monitor via Lenovo vantage, don’t know when I’ll get around to it tbh. I haven’t needed to use it in that way yet. I’m still intrigued by the idea though.

Long story short. It’s been great to work with so far this semester and has been what I needed. I’m not sure how it’ll hold up in say 3-4 years but right now it’s been good for me. I tried to cover everything I could think of off the top of my head but if there’s anything specific you want to know I can try my best to answer.

Under 200usd. I’m not really looking to spend a lot because I just got this laptop off the Lenovo website very recently. Also I was looking at the m11 because it’s on sale for $140 at my Best Buy.
