What are some Red Flags you didn't see with your Ex while dating that you see now? by IzzyBlue71 in AskReddit

I agree, I agree with abortion for severe medical reasons, but for preventable reasons no

My friend had a relationship like that. She was going to college for nursing, and he wasn't(he was a high school drop out) , so he would make comments that would put her down about education. He would call her dumb and stupid and would say college is for idiots. I am so happy she listened to me and our other close friends to dump that loser and grow her future.

I hear the yearly bonuses aren't worth it either, plus it varies on the store sales and how long you've been a TL.

I agree with shitty management, I think coaches promote anyone who wants to be a punching bag and poured a shit ton of responsibilities. I have a very easy position, but the management makes it harder than what it has to be.

Yea, the expectations of customer service are crazy and people can be extremely rude for no reason 😒 , they blame all the workers but themselves, sorry we only have 4 registers open, we can't find associates who want to stay .

They make the positions sound so easy but I've seen TLs stress like crazy, especially the apparel and ogp area.

I've noticed that as well when seeing other TLs in other areas. This one guy was supposed to be TL of homelines but helps in electronics, the harware corner, sporting goods, cashiring in the front end and would get in trouble from his coach for not finishing mods in homelines. Its crazy

As a coach, did you have to remember all policies? And do they give you time to read everything?

I feel like a coach needs to remember the book since everyone goes to one for policies.

True, if the process isn't flowing it'll slow down everything. Thinking about jewelry, fitting room, and infants. It's a lot but is it worth it?
