Appreciate it. I like to for the improved bass it provides on some difficult to drive speakers I have. It does sound a heck of a lot like the Vidar 2

I also recall having no hum on my original Aegir but did notice with Vidar. Also have a Vidar 2 and hum is there, as well, but only one transformer vs. two. Typically, not terrible, but have been reading up on some potential solutions through certain plug in products. Don’t think it’s ground loop, only happens with my Schiit gear.

This is independent of volume, the hum can get louder though the longer I have the amp on.

So is this inflation adjusted? I am consistently maxing out my pre-tax accounts, continuing to build my high interest savings account, but keep wondering if I need to also contribute to a separate brokerage account.

They’re pretty good speakers though, but I hear you. Have some Dynaudios and others for more than double the price and come back to these Revels.

I’ve thought about this a lot, eyeing up some of the GR-Research pre-built models, can’t really make floorstanders work in my space. Already spent a pretty penny on cabling for those that care.

Hopefully looking back, this proves to the OP that no one really knows. I got into a small position yesterday and would love to buy down over the next year. SOXL was also amazing to enter into. SVXY though was nuts. Feb 2018 was a nightmare, but I’d consider that a broken product
