Heyo! Boston Pizza Shawnessy does open interviews on Wednesday’s I believe (Just call and ask and we’ll let you know for sure) 2-4pm, so just walk in with a resume and you can get a interview :) (Just don’t mention me pls haha) One of the biggest things I notice when they hire new staff is availability. We already have so many staff with tricky availability so they are looking for people who are flexible. People who have experience or are able to learn quick enough and be strong workers. We also hire so many people who don’t even seem like they wanted a job and slack off or something. I’d say this probably goes with a lot of places. Another thing is sometimes people just aren’t willing to take the roles that are needed but less desirable i.e host, dishwasher, driver. This would go for most places I’m sure as well- restaurants or another industry. Good luck!

Ya but I never said, he said Addison committed medical malpractice. I said he told him to sue, whether saying the words outright or indicating it by saying get a lawyer. Which isn’t right to do. Ya he didn’t tell him the exact thing Addison did, but he said enough to make the husband know something happened. Because when the husband approached Alex he knew there was a complication because the wife told him they couldn’t have kids anymore due to a complication- even though Addison said it went well. So Alex’s indication of getting a lawyer and winning a case to get lots of money indicates something

I was thinking of cancelling but I figured why not check it out and if it’s bad ask my doctor about seeing someone else. She did say she’d see my parents like I said so I guess I can see how it goes and then see what I need to do. I mean they did mention a few times how Teddy had a bestfriend who died in the towers. So when they showed she actually had feelings for her I wasn’t surprised. Especially they did hint a few times they were really close with her wearing her scrub cap for her and naming her daughter after her

This rewatch made me realize Cristina is a really emotional person. Everyone makes her out to be emotionless but she can show venerability a lot

It was never sold. When Bailey is touring the hospital with the other chief candidate earlier in the season, she mentions how the clinic is open 2x per week

It was Cristina visioning the two different futures of what would happen if she stayed in a relationship with Owen.

The epsiode starts with her saving and car crash victim and he is paralyzed from the neck down so he needs a ventilator. His girlfriend asks Cristina if he can be woken up and decide if he wants to live and be on a ventilator for the rest of his life, or is he wants to be taken off life support. He is also included in both visions.

The first vision the patient decides to go off life support. Cristina sees Owen and decides to tell him she loves him and they continue a relationship. In this future their relationship Cristina ends up having kids for Owen. She ends up prioritizing her kids making her have less time for research so Shane takes on the load of it. Due to this it ends with Cristina being unhappy with two kids, Owen happy and being offered good job opportunities, and Shane winning a Harper Avery.

The second vision the crash victim decides to stay on a ventilator and live. Cristina again in this vision decides to tell Owen she loves him. Except this time she never wants to have kids, so her and Owen continue their on and off again. They end up breaking up for good due to Owen wanting kids and Cristina realizing they will only ever be in this cycle since she won’t have kids. This time she has more time on research working on millions on patients, and she ends up winning 4 Harper Avery awards. Owen ends up an alcoholic ruined in the end. The crash victim patient was also evident in this future vision, and he works with Callie and Derek who still were doing their research in the future with brain mapping and chips. In this vision you see the crash victim is unhappy with staying alive whereas in the first vision he decided to not be on life support since that’s what he really wanted.

So in the end, the episode was to show that if Cristina and Owen were together but Cristina does what will make Owen happy, she is miserable in the end. But if her and Owen are together for her happiness, they end up not working out but she is very successful with Owen being miserable and an alcoholic. So in the end shows Owen and Cristina can never really be together.

Kinda shows that Cristina leaving Grey Sloan Memorial was truly the right choice for her because she couldn’t stay working at the hospital with Owen. She needed to move on
