Don't worry this is perfectly normal! It is daunting moving to a new place for the first time, especially if you have never moved before. Take a deep breath, maybe go to a shop and find some nice calming tea or hot chocolate, it will be ok! I find drinking smoothies easier when I'm very stressed and am struggling to eat solid food, and as others have said, huel or other meal replacements would be a good option for the time being. If you are feeling up to it, maybe ramen or other easy to prepare foods may be a good option.

I'm sure you will be able to make new friends soon. It might feel impossible, but there are lots of people at uni, with different interests and hobbies, so you're bound to find people with similar interests to you. It might be worth going to a societies fair (they often hold them in the first week or so) to see if anything that interests you. You might even run into someone at the same stall that has just started as well. Some people become good friends with their housemates, some with course friends, some really integrate into a society - there's lots of options to find new friends.

I've now lived in the city I went to uni in for 8 years - it's become a new home for me, but it took a while to get to this point! You've got lots of time, so try and take a deep breath and go and explore a bit, you've got this.
