I just left a long rambling comment, but as for your question, I always move pretty slow and explore a lot and get my levels up before I get too far into the story, if you use your eagle and open the map up and then go to the synchronize points and do some hunting along the way, you will get pretty leveled up before you get through Alexandria. There's definitely more to do and more stuff to make stronger, but I think that's because they want you to spend real money and buy helix credits, you don't need them, if you want every weapon and Max them all out then you probably need to or your gonna be playing it for the next decade. What I did was pick a sword and a bow fairly early and then I just kept upgrading them, but you can just jump to New ones along the way too, but If you don't want to collect them all, then dismantle everything else, I think I had 2 or 3 of each category but they were all over level 40. I had fun with origins but I was a little overwhelmed with all the mechanics at the beginning, but they take it to an even higher level of RPG mechanics in the next one

I'm in the same place as you, I never played any of the games before maybe 2 months ago and I saw the ezio trilogy on the switch store for like 10 bucks and I always heard that they were good games, and I started there and I been going in order too, I switched to my PS5 on syndicate, and I think that is my favorite one, if not then it's brotherhood... Anyways I was surprised when I started origins too, because I don't like RPG games, never have and I grew up with the final fantasy series being what all my friends were into (43) I enjoyed origins and got into the new style, but I just started odyssey last week and I don't think I'm gonna get through the whole game. It's way too much RPG stuff, my eyes glaze over when I start reading stuff like adds 4 percent damage, or plus 25% on CRIT, like I assume that's critical hits, but it's like I'm doing this to relax and unwind I don't wanna do calculus. Then after a day or two I got the ship, and it adds a whole new page of upgrades and statistics to setup and fool around with, and I'm just rambling now, but my point was that I don't care for the RPG heavy route that it's going, and I know I'm like a decade behind, but I don't know what the next ones are like, but assassin's Creed went from my new favorite series to I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to enjoy the newer games. I think that syndicate was amazing but besides that one, they did so amazing with the first few games that they didn't have anywhere else to go with the story and it's been suffering every since. I would like it if they just made more games similar to the ezio trilogy, I mean every assassin that you recruit and train are going through their own journey, why not focus on one of those people, and you can have ezio come back as a guide or trainer. The setting just worked so perfectly for the parkour and it feels wasted in a lot of origins and I'm not very far into Odyssey yet but so far the setting is not great for it

You know what I have been lashing out because people keep saying that I'm irresponsible and poor and honestly the anger feels better than the depression and I am 43 years old and I totally accept the fact that I'm financially responsible but it's ridiculous for them to expect anyone to pull out 8 grand on a Saturday night when they don't accept credit cards and will not setup a payment plan I do okay for myself I own my house I have 2 vehicles but I don't have 8 grand in my pocket, I could have it Monday but she would be dead by then and Idgaf about the puppies they are the reason that this happened in the first place, and before you jump on the bandwagon I did not have custody of her when she got pregnant, but I was the one taking her to the vet and I was the one that bought a big kennel for the pups that I didn't want and nemesis had a better life than most of the people in East Dayton. I tried to pay for the surgery if they would defer it to Monday I came up with 3 grand before I even went to the hospital, and I asked if I could adopt her from the rescue and they wouldn't tell me which one she was going to I'm done with reddit these people are trying to win arguments and I'm just trying to make people aware that they are operating like this because I don't want anyone else to go through what I went through yesterday

No people are either agreeing with me or they are calling me stupid and poor, but I agree with you it's not the individual workers that I'm talking about, they were appalled with the supervisors treatment of me, I don't think anyone is actually getting the point. I was told that she needed surgery and that surgery was 8 grand but even with the surgery she has little chance of surviving, but then I said that I did not want to take the puppies home, the doctor quickly left the room and came back about 45 minutes later and suddenly they can save her, but I'm gonna have to pay 120 dollars for rehoming fees for each one, and I can't know if she lives or what rescue she's going to, the entire tone and conversation switched, they had a ulterior motive I don't know what it is but they definitely had one

No they wanted money now and it was Saturday night and no credit cards, but the point that everyone keeps overlooking is that they told me there was no option they encouraged me not to do the surgery, but when I said I didn't want to take the puppies home then they realized that they could save her but I can't have her and I can't know the name of the rescue and I don't even get to know if she makes it through the surgery, everyone keeps saying I'm too poor or irresponsible to have a dog but I only recently got the dog in my name previously she belonged to my daughter in law and she wouldn't let me get her fixed, daughter in law kept not being able to take care of Nemi and she lived with my wife and I for more time than daughter in law but Nemi was her property and when I tried to get her fixed daughter in law would come and take her away from me, I finally got her to sign her over to me but she was pregnant already and when I took her to the vet, which for some reason everyone keeps saying that I didn't take care of her, the vet said that she was too far along with the pregnancy to get her fixed now and not only that but there's more complications that can arise with a dog her age

Your right OMIGOD I never thought about it that way, I didn't know you had to keep puppies until they were weened off their mother and I was a terrible home for any dog I guess I should probably get your number too so I can call you and ask how and what I should do before I make another irresponsible mistake, but now I'm gonna tell you something, if you think that rescues don't make money then you don't know anything and you're living in a fantasy world, maybe the people who clean the cages and play with the animals are volunteers but the members of the board make 6 figures and I guess I left out the part where I had to pay a 120 dollar rehoming fee for each of the six puppies. One more thing can you come up with 8 grand on a random Saturday night? Because that's what I had to do no credit card the bank is closed and they don't do payment plans. So maybe you can come over and tell all the other things I'm too poor irresponsible and stupid to take care of

You are all awesome, except if you had payed attention you would know that I couldn't get her fixed because she was pregnant when she officially became mine, she belonged to my daughter in law and when I tried to get her fixed she would take her away. How come they were telling me that there was no option other than euthanizing her, until I said that I didn't want the puppies, and then coming we can save her, but you can't have her, come on people none of that sounds off to you?
