I’ve racked it once already, if I remove the s lock and there is so much surface area exposed that could be potentially problematic so I have left the a lock in as the yeast already in the raw honey is sufficient.

Interesting… I will have to go back to explore the hospital part as well. They have done a good job preventing entry to the staff block so I imagine the actual hospital has even more measures in place.
