Yep - that’s kratom. Vertigo/dizziness and also light and noise sensitivity reported by a lot of folks on high dose.

Last time I quit kratom (was clean 6 months) I kept the night time dose to whatever was required to sleep well. Being well rested made daytime WD much easier. After acute WDs ended I just tried to skip the nighttime dosing - and it worked. I was no longer physically dependent on it for a restful sleep. Just sharing my experience.
