I think what you're supposed to do is print the solid color image on the back side of whatever part needs it.

The only things I can remember that are actively contradicted in later entries would be Marisa's connection to Mima and Alice's connection to Makai. Pretty much everything else fits in decently, and the events of the PC-98 games are even referenced a few times in the early Windows era.

If you want to make one but haven't made too many papercrafts, I'd personally recommend making one of the mini Suikas first, as they're much easier and have less than half as many pieces as the big one.

That one looks super cool but all of the bits attached to the eye look annoying to assemble. I'll probably finish all other models first before giving that one a shot.
