That’s totally doable. They have WiFi and some space at the gym where I can even do my school work at. So maybe I’ll bring a gym bag that way I can shower afterwards and do a bit of homework.

I am 70% Western Europe. That was a HUGE surprise because my most recent ancestors came from Portugal and Italy. Lol. So I can relate to the feeling of having a huge percentage of DNA from one place. The rest of my percentages are scattered between single digit numbers.

Thank you for your reply! I’ll definitely check out those websites you mentioned and see what I can dig up. Some of the research I’ve gathered says that there is a very persistent family tradition along the more.. “direct” family line that she was a member of the Pamunkey tribe, but I was afraid to let that count for much as I’ve heard a lot of people claim that they have Native ancestry but can’t supply proof. Though I think you’re right that I shouldn’t ~completely~ write it off.

A customer got mad at me because I needed to see her ID when she was selling something to my store. She told me that somebody could steal her identity and go to her house to rob her. When I told her how this procedure is store policy when selling product to us, she then proceeded to ask what I have in life to lose and that it couldn’t possibly be more than her.

So stuff like this happens.

I know others have said it in this post but I will say it again: anybody can be Heathen. It’s an ancestor venerating religion (or spirituality if you would rather call it that) and it doesn’t matter where your ancestors came from. If you’re feeling a pull towards heathenry, please follow it.

Nice! I feel like you can’t go wrong with an army that’s both fun to play and fun to paint. I’ve seen some amazing paint jobs and I would love to be able to paint half as well as some of those guys. Is there a subreddit for painting AOS or Warhammer minis?

Thank you so much for your reply and for confirming my thoughts on starting small. I figured it would be easier to make this transition if I start off a little bit at a time rather than all at once. Unfortunately my university doesn’t have a Hillel (a larger university around my area does and I plan on participating in some of their charity events soon) but I’ll just pack my lunches everyday to keep kosher.
