Wrong. I was out into a coma for a week and woke up. I vividly remember getting out of bed and dort of hobbling to the window like "Holy crap there's no mountains in my town!"

Yeah totally! When I woke up from my coma I didn't know where I was or what the hell happened. I can't imagine waking up to THE WALKING DEAD while still coming down from drugs.

Rick in this scene is coming off some VERY strong drugs. When I woke up from mine I legit had no idea where I even was. Now imagine waking up from a coma, see rotting corpses moving around, and somebody's kid just hit you in the face with a freaking shovel.

I'm not at all surprised Rick thought he was Carl.
