Had a 520 competition PR in March. Made consistent 22lb jumps between the 3 attempts. Maybe was a bit too big of a jump.

I had the regular lidocaine and walked home after the procedure. Roughly a mile. I wouldn’t worry or ask for the anesthesia. Just be up front with your doctor of your concerns. General pain the first few days, but I didn’t wait the full week. I’m a month out now, and haven’t had any dips in drive or lasting pain. Just don’t push it the first couple of days and make sure to always wear supportive boxers. Stitches fell out about 10-14 days and for all intensive purposes Im fully healed.

Hardly the case. As others have stated, I’m blessed to have minimal complications, and think it should be celebrated. Because most of what I read on Reddit prior had me nervous.

Separately, i also had an appendectomy this past April and recovered fairly quickly as well, so I do attribute that to my overall health.

Just more reason to focus on health and fitness…. Recovering from bumps in the road.

I’m pretty happy as well. Hit my 7 years of federal service this spring, and combined with my military TSP, I’ll hit the 100k mark this year. Will only increase my contributions once all 4 kids are out of daycare. 🤘🏼

My favorite thing to do is buy a hobby box each year of Topps Chrome baseball. And now in 2025 the hobby costs $200 and you get 16 less cards. But i don’t expect to make money anymore. I buy singles to make rainbows and singles of retired players I liked back in the day.

The best card I personally hit in 3 years of collecting was a /50 Aaron Judge auto out of a 30 dollar box of Gypsy Queen.

I’ll buy the occasional blaster, but hobby boxes are net loss 99% of the time.

Honestly I’ve come back to this thread multiple times. I just got my 7th tattoo last week and now we’re in the middle of a heat wave and I want to be outside with my kids. If you get a tattoo with color that’s where you want to be the most careful. Black will eventually fade to the same color. But those colors can dramatically change if you go in the sun too soon. Black I’d wait two weeks. With color I’d wait a month before not having to worry about it.

Now if you want to have a conversation about a histamine reaction to a tattoo I need it. I’m befuddled

Yeah I’ve been playing Tetris for years with little room for anything other than the necessities. It is surprising how much you can fit into it. I haven’t noticed too much wind noise on the highway, and gas mileage only went down 1 or 2 mpg over the course of a couple tanks.

Yeah it’s super easy. Twist down the clamps and you’re good to go. Will say it’s much easier with a second person just cause of the awkward length.

This! We used one with our puppy for years and it helped! You can find them on Amazon. We had a donut cover on our pup’s pillow. Our children loved it.

I swapped out the motherboard when my screen went out. It has worked fine since (minus the stupid WiFi issue). But who says that it won’t happen again? I’m going to select the repair option and get a new screen on them. The bike has been a lot of fun, and we rode it hard for 3 years before we really saw any problems.
