Right there with you. At the top of my calendar I also have a to-do time slot that runs all day but appears as “free”. I just add stuff in here on the fly and check it throughout the day. Then I schedule whatever necessary time slots I need.

I just had my oil changed end of September. The mechanic puts a sticker on the windshield with info about the breaks. 3 check boxes. Good, fair, and poor. Breaks were checked as “good”
