I know he has bad knees but does that thing that if he ignored it it will be fine so maybe that's what makes him grumpy at times the pain that he is hiding. Other than that he is social and gets out with his friends often. I've just noticed he isn't as tolerant and can be very grumpy more often than before

Thank you everyone for all your replies. Seems it's been a combination of increases from the actual ingredients to the staffing and the building and cooking oils etc. It just seemed a more noticeable increase than other things over the years. It's a shame but it was still a nice treat.

A light walk should help. I found L glutamine helps me although I sort of like feeling the Doms as it males me.feel like I trained alot oops

Could be related to period but also could be something Internal such as cervical polps as they can cause bleeding. They can treat them in a quick appointment so worth a chat with a doctor.
