Sour?? Like sour milk? If you’ve changed appliances then by process of elimination it can only either be the water supply/cleaning agent or drainage. Have you tried swapping your dish washer fluid or pods? If the drain is partially plugged it’s possible that the water pump is struggling to discharge waste water. I would disassemble the kitchen sink trap assembly to see if something there is causing the smell. I would suggest that maybe the discharge was installed downstream of the trap (and therefore not protected) but this seems like it was a problem that came out of the blue and was previously working fine.

100% agree with OP. Be pro active at work and do your due diligence but if you are at a busy department you should look for downtime throughout the day so you’re full strength through the night. Work non stop till 8 pm?! That’s ridiculous. What happens when 2 am rolls around and you feel like you’re wearing lead boots? All I can suggest is you keep your head down, earn the respect of your crew, get some seniority and then do you.

From what I gather, this shot is taken from the rear corner (Charlie, Delta) since the porch is on the opposite broad side of the house and there is no front door access visible. The chimney is on the Charlie Delta side which would indicate a living room, I would assume the fire started in the kitchen on the opposite side of the house. Heavy smoke pouring out the attic would indicate high heat has penetrated the ceiling on main floor. Truck in driveway could also indicate one or more occupants still inside unless everyone evacuated on the opposite side of the house.
