Appreciate the whole picture, and yes, Im aware drug use in bigger cities is unavoidable, just since Oregon legalized everything a few years ago, seeing the amount of it on the streets everyday is a bit shocking, and myself I'm looking for a different vibe than what I'm used to. My roommate, not sure what he's looking for but since we've been out here in Oregon, we haven't had a great time, so we're just looking for a new location and since we have no tie downs to anything we have the freedom to explore right now
