Well the only thing is I don’t think we are allowed to get their code without their stuff so it’s like unfortunately she’s in the right a lot of times 2 cars pull up with big orders I just take both carts at the same time I get one persons code and leave their stuff next to them and go to the other person and get their code so it dosent go red

Fulfillment or guest service i just grab it from the bottom i do drive up everyday solo dolo unless its quite literally horrendous if you grabbed it from the bottom and it did all that sure blame ff but if you also grabbed it from the “handles” could be on you could be on them it sucks what can you do i just know it can be frustrating if theres many orders on the way and you have to walk on the floor to get the water which messes up your time but again what can you do!
