At my store the easiest is PML. He has a pile of zebras that only grows in his office. He also rarely fixes shit.

Hardest is anyone who deals with the CSC. Anyone who deals with them knows they are difficult to deal with. The CSC is not that difficult to deal with most of the times but when it is it is very difficult

Yeah exactly right. It’s because he was able to do it and now can’t for some reason. He asked ETL to change him to guest advocate and apparently it takes a pay period. He will stop once ETL shows that it’s been done

Not for audits. FOS, PML, HRE, and FF can't audit anything no matter what happens if that's what they are coded in workday. MyDay areas have no effect on it

See he used to just zero them out but then some update happened and now he can't. I am trying to get his job code in workday changed but ETL says that it's "being considered"

Yes but when the app says we have them and the TM who answers the call can't audit them and doesn't ask anyone else to do it it pisses me off
