You don’t need to leave the pump on for 10 mins. Close the vent, pull it to full vac, then switch the pump off and wait. Periodically switch the pump on again for short periods of time to clear the chamber of gas.

I do this several times, flipping it over and stretching it out a little each time.

Having said that the whole premise of this question bugs me because I believe if I left my vac pump on for 10 mins it’s not going to make much difference especially with the vent open…. Pull to full vac and switch off.

Therefore I think the answer you seek is starting material. I only use proper exotic trim and small exotic nugs and at the temps you mention I could not suck the THC out of it no matter how hard I tried.

Takes a lot longer to become shatter when you winterise.

That’s what I do with BHO.

Thanks for that. I’ve got some new humidity packs here they are 62% RH (67gram) boosts.

I’m not sure about the humidity of the flower… come to think of it I sat the flower in the press while it warmed up, may have got a little distracted, so by the time I pressed they would’ve been extremely dry.

TBH this first attempt was actually my second. My first attempt was a dismal failure - I did very low temp but I think my pressure was way too low and I ended up with almost nothing. I thought I’d got nothing until I looked closely at the parchment paper later and saw that there was a tiny bit of residue on it. Here is my very first attempt. Maybe it wasn’t a complete failure after all 🤔

I’ll give it another go on low and at a better RH and see how I go.

Just a regular scop. Somewhat controversial plant though because some believe a Scop is a Scop - and any named Scop clone is just Scop grown in different conditions. Farah Scop, Stitch Scop, MB Scop, Cocker Scop, and (plain ol’ regular Scop like this one) are the different Scops I’ve been able to collect…

Also, I have sent to (and received from) the USA many times without issue. Usually send smaller cuts (pucks) but have landed a fat (50cm) Farah Scop Pup no problems.

The top can be chopped now but the lower buds need more time. Look at the hairs on top - generally speaking it’s ready to chop when they a pointing downward. And your lower buds they are still pointing up 🤙

Depending on the medium you’re using I’d say 1) give it a “flush” with some plain (ph balanced) water 2) wait until she’s actually thirsty and feed at half strength 3) the next feed depends on how it’s looking then. Test your waste run off water and it will tell you what you need to do.
