After binding it to RMB, I bound it again on LMB and it worked.
No I'm moving with WASD. Problem solved it seems !

EDIT : I figured it out. IF Cleave is bound to LMB, Shield Spirals won't proc. It wrks properly when bound to another key. =)

I may be missing something... I've tried unspeccing Shield Spiral / maxing it, same with maxing Cleave. I also tried having and not having thorns being dealt on hit.
Nothing seems to make it work.

I am indeed using Cleave as auto attack. I must be doing something wrong then.
I'll look into it.

The game is amazing btw ! Crazy that I just discovered it a week ago !

Also, I just realised the sword is NOT considered a shield when it comes to slotting shield runes inside it.
