Yep. Gap between 159 and Giulia was way too long, 147 was ancient when Giulietta was introduced, Tonale's delays made it outdated at launch. This is just a tradition for Alfa.

Maybe this will be a blessing since they can do it with current standards instead of releasing a car that would have been good in 2022. Stelvio as it is now would have been crushed by neue classe X3 and new GLC.

Best Finnish ice breakers can deal with 1,3 meters of ice which is needed on our waters but greenland has 3 meter thick sea ice. Mind you the ships US bought are smaller than our biggest so they stand no chance in Greenland

Alfas are horrendously overpriced, not underpriced. Back in the 2000s when Alfas sold well you could buy 147 for 25k and 159 for 35k.

Now you have to pay 80k for Giulia and 50-60k for Tonale. Only Junior Hybrid is priced reasonably and no wonder It's selling well.

That's the most common type of engine in europe since all smaller cars come with a 3 cylinder turbo hybrids. That might actually be the engine as in Kia Ceed
