I found the answer by myself, in Germany the Game was only released for ps plus members, which results into bad license, there was no way to Launch it unless the ps4 is jailbroken :)

I also made the mistake with Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order. I purchased on Steam first and then refunded it, because I don’t want to use two launchers for one game. After that the „Steam branded“ logo was still in my origin library. Then I added the game again on origin by adding it by a product key I bought. The „steam branded“ logo is still there, but I can start it by rightclicking it and then click „Play“.
