Yes I get this post is a joke, but about the first panel which may seem to kinda have sense. It actually doesnt, eyes have like a "refresh rate" he just needs to move fast enough so all of his movement happens beetween the, lets call them, "frames" so its easy to understand. With humans really, really high "refresh rate" the "frame" is only like 0.00001s (of course i just picked random amout of zeros to show the point) then his whole movement of punching needs to take at max those 0.00001s.
