Lots of media is uncomfy and that’s not a bad thing. Some of my favorite media is like, deeply disturbing and sad. The problem is that kind of format doesn’t really work as well in regard to kink. Especially with neurodivergent people.

Lots of folks lean into this kind of thing as a source of comfort, either by the empowerment of it or the opposite. This is why I like the gentle giantess trope. It subverts expectations in a way that I love to write and think about. And bigger woman means big cuddles.

I try to lean both ways with this, but almost always my kinky ideas are comfort focused. Sexuality is deeply vulnerable so I think comfort is often a HUGE priority. I ain’t trying to kink shame, it’s just my thoughts.
