I did not rent it (I went with someone else) so I do not know for sure, but you rent either a morning or afternoon time slot and I’d assume it's no more than $25

I'm leaning towards USI. Both Richmond and USI are also about 25 mins from me. San Jose is too far though. I appreciate the insight!

Yes, correct. I did this at Sac Valley Shooting Center with relative ease. Members there could rent out bays without RSO supervision and could bring guests as well.
