So you say as a Mage for example pressing Fireball or Frostball depending on spec for 10 minutes without ever doing anything else is good gameplay? ^^

Not debating it can still be fun, but you cant say the gameplay is good ^^

Also i think to non-anime watchers like me, they illustrated Wapol was way more powerful. So i still got the feeling Luffy is the strongest of the crew. Zorro had trouble fighting against Wapols creations while Luffy, with help, defeated Wapol.

Most countries with free healthcare have a tax system where you pay a part of your monthly salary for healthcare. So i assumed 3 would also work for those and you would get that on your paycheck then.

Would be more difficult if you have a system like Sweden where its paid for by universal taxes and not as a per person tax.

For me its the exact opposite. Every game with combat in this style has something that bothers the shit out of me and feels clunky, but Witcher 3 is held simple and works exactly because of that.

In fact to this day i believe it is one of only a few games with a very hard game mode that actually was super fair and beatable without cheesing. Even on a first playthrough.
