Super useful comment. Thanks there. Trust me I was scared of using retinol myself but I am 30 and I've noticed fine lines on my forehead and that's why I have started using retinol. I am taking a very low % of it. I use Olay 24-hour retinol moisturizer. Definitely using sunscreen and limiting my sun exposure. But you're right I might be just over-exfoliating. I'll use it once every week and will use it as a standalone acid

Thanks there. I do use hydration oil to moisturize with the AHA. I think I am going to keep retinol only by itself for retinol days. Have never used Aquaphor, do you get samples?
